Here at Zaffron Mediterranean Cuisine we run a farm to table kitchen, meaning our superb team of servers take the complete order at the beginning of your visit.  This is done to ensure customers have with the best dining experience by means of a European flow of food.  Every dish is made specifically to order, allowing our chef to curate each dish around each customers taste or allergies.
